Quality Policy:

Sultan’s are Transport and Logistics service providers, and their success in business is dependent on its customer’s satisfaction with the quality of the service they provide.

Quality Assurance is therefore an extremely important part of their strategy to expand their current customer base and offer services above and beyond customer expectations and meeting the stakeholders’ and statutes & regulatory requirements.

Company management acknowledge that tasks should not be started until all necessary measures are in place to ensure that they can be completed safely with due regards to environmental conservation. Sultan’s will achieve their mission by implementing a process of continuous Quality Control which will:

  • Improve their competitiveness and profitability.
  • Increase customer satisfaction.
  • Reduce costs related to non-conformance.
  • Increase employee motivation and training.
  • Continually improve the effectiveness of Quality Management System.

  • Protect the health and safety of its employees and all those affected by its operations.

  • Eliminate all hazards and causes of incidents and minimize the risk of injuries and illness of its employees.

  • Protect Oman's environment, and reduce Sultans carbon foot print.




TO ACHIEVE THE AIM SULTANS WILL DEVELOP HSE MS THAT WILL:
  • Provide and maintain a safe place of work for all those who are engaged in the operation of the company.

  • Provide required third party and in-house training to enable its employees to perform their work safely and

  • efficiently.
  • Provide required personal protective equipment and train in their use.

  • Ensure that all vehicles, plant, and other equipment are in a safe condition.

  • Ensure that safe working procedures, standards, rules and regulations are followed.

  • Ensure that environmental protection procedures are adhered at all levels.

  • Ensure that its employees comply with Laws and statutes of The Sultanate of Oman.

  • Promote the understanding that every job can be done safely and that HSE is a line responsibility.

  • Monitor HSE performance as a means of ensuring continuous improvement.

  • Develop a mechanism for employees to suggest improvement on Health, Safety and Environmental protection.

  • Implement lifesaving rules and all other safety initiatives as and when introduced.

  • Create a continually improving Health and Safety awareness within the Company to achieve final goal of ZERO

  • incidents.
  • All employees have the moral courage to use their empowerment of STOP.
